Cancellation Timelines
If you want to cancel your trip here is what you need to know.
If you cancel than 30 days before you leave you will get all of your money back except for the fees that other companies charge us for handling the payment.
If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before you leave you will get half of your money back.
If you cancel than 15 days before you leave you will not get any money back because we have already paid for things like local guides and tickets.
Cancellations by TourNest
Sometimes TourNest has to cancel a tour because of weather or other problems that make it unsafe.
If this happens to your tour you can choose to get all of your money or you can get a credit to use on a different tour in the future.
How to Request a Refund
To get a refund you need to email us at info@tournest.org and include your booking number.
We will send the refund back, to the way you originally paid. It will take around 5 to 10 business days to get there.
