TourNest wants to make sure our rules are easy to understand so you can just focus on having a time when you travel with TourNest.
Payments
* Confirmation: TourNest considers a booking confirmed when TourNest has received the payment or the deposit that TourNest requires.
* Guest Information: You need to give TourNest information about yourself like your contact details and how many people are coming with you when you make a reservation with TourNest.
Traveler Responsibilities
* Travel Documents: When you travel with TourNest you must have a passport, visa, insurance and medical clearance that you need for your destination.
* Travel: TourNest expects all guests to be respectful to the local culture the tour leaders and the other travelers.
TourNest can decide not to let you continue with the tour if you are behaving in a way that’s not safe or if you are being disruptive and TourNest will not give you a refund, in this case.
Itinerary Changes and Liability
* Adjustments: Sometimes things happen that TourNest cannot control, like weather or road closures and TourNest has to make changes to the plans.
When this happens TourNest will try to find activities that are just as good if possible.
* Liability: TourNest is not responsible if you get hurt lose something or if your travel is delayed because of something that a third-party vendor did or because of circumstances that’re beyond the control of TourNest.
